If you only need us to find a beach resort or luxury hotel, we're happy to provide you with your 3 best hotel options (per destination that you visit) to suit your needs, style, and budget. We'll get you the lowest possible rates, plus we add extra value by leveraging our partnerships to get you complimentary VIP perks like room upgrades, welcome gifts, breakfasts, resort credits, and more.

Hotel and resort bookings include standard concierge services: airport transfers and on-property spa and restaurant reservations. They do not include research on off-property activities or additional services.

If you know exactly where you want to stay, but you prefer for us to handle the reservation for you, this option is for you. For hotels in the Virtuoso portfolio, or those in our preferred partner network, we're happy to handle the booking directly.

We add extra value by leveraging our partnerships with thousands of hotels around the world (more than Amex) to get you complimentary VIP perks like room upgrades, welcome gifts, breakfasts, resort credits, and more.

VIP HOTEL INQUIRY FORM

STEP 1

Complimentary Discovery Call: We'll have a brief conversation to ensure we have all the details we need. We'll talk to you about how we work and answer any questions you may have. If you decide to move forward, we'll send over a non-refundable planning fee invoice and after we receive the fee, we start designing an amazing getaway.

STEP 4

One Month Before Departure: We'll reach out to confirm plans and add in those extra special touches.

STEP 2

Bespoke Itinerary Creation: We'll send you a questionnaire to dig a little deeper into your personal preferences, likes, dislikes, and interests to make the trip perfect for you. Using these details, we'll research and work with our carefully vetted local destination partners to design an itinerary.

STEP 5

Client App Experience: Before you depart, access your personal travel app, a digital blueprint of your trip with every detail at your fingertips. We'll explain everything so you're prepared and excited.

STEP 3

Itinerary Review: We'll share the draft itinerary with you for your review and feedback. We want you to be completely satisfied and excited about the itinerary.

STEP 6

Your Extraordinary Experience Begins: We wish you farewell and check in with you occasionally throughout your trip.

Do you work with all budgets?

Our minimum trip budget is $450 per person, per day (this excludes flights).
Can you arrange specialty services?

Yes, we can arrange almost anything. From photography sessions to private dining with a chef, and exclusive access to venues like museums and sporting events.
Do you book Airbnb or rentals?

We don't work with Airbnb or VRBO, instead we partner with exclusive and heavily vetted luxury home and villa listing services. If you prefer to book an Airbnb on your own, we would be happy to assist you with bespoke itinerary creation and excursion recommendations.
When should we start planning my trip?

The earlier you start, the better! For best results, we need a minimum of two months lead-time to put together your itinerary. For peak seasons, at least eight months ahead to access the most sought-after accommodations and secure prime dates for popular events. If your trip is within 30 days and you would like for us to create a bespoke itinerary, a non-refundable rush fee will be added to the planning fee.
Can you get me a "good deal"?

Maybe. Working with us isn't a discount service, it's a value-add service. We will always work with hotel partners to get the best rates and the best experience possible. We have thousands of relationships with hotels and partners that allow us to secure the best experience for our clients--getting you priority room upgrades, preferred rates, even spa credits.
